Raw Turmeric Dessert Recipe

Joron ka dard, gutny ka dard aur kamar dard ka ilaj, Kachi Haldi ka Halwa, Panjiri aur Tukrian banay ka trika! 

 Ingredients: Homemade Haldi and Gond Recipe 
300 gms raw turmeric 
1 cup gond / Edible Gum 
1 cup almonds and cashews / Almonds, Cashew 
Saunf / funnel seeds as required (Optional) 
Sonth / Ginger powder as required (Optional) 
1.5 cups of ghee / Cooking oil 
2 cups Suji / Semolina 
1/2 cup ghee or oil to fry haldi / Turmeric 
2 cups coarsely powdered gudh/jaggery 
2 tsp ilaychi powder Green Cardamom or as required
